This uses the same basic code as those annoying pop-up ads (no
offense to Tripod) except with a click-and-pop-up window, you can easily
use it for opening up a page of notes on that specific link or other
useful tasks. Try keeping the width < 640 and height < 450 (account for the user's
Windows task bar).
